I am Othmane Hilaly and I am the founder of Hilaly Yielding & Consulting Co. My experience starts with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration while stretching over several industries. In Germany, my experience consisted of client acquisition, pricing, competitor analysis, and strategic planning. As a Search Engine Marketing specialist at BorrowABoat.com, I was directly managing 6-figure monthly marketing  budgets (€100,000+) across international markets in the EU and abroad all while efficiently maintaining a net profit on ad spend in the ever-growing private yacht rental industry. 

My next chapter was in e-commerce, further developing my skills of reaching new clients and increasing the existing customer’s return-on-investments (ROI) at Pets Deli. Here, I focused on improving customer experiences and attracting new segments with an emphasis on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). 

Morocco

After spending 5+ successful years in Berlin’s startup scene scaling companies to expand their influence, I returned to Morocco in to start a new adventure in my homeland. Since my arrival, I have been revenue manager in helping a local hotel take control of its online strategy increasing their YoY revenue from -44% back to 114% in under 12 months. 

Along with my previous experiences, consulting small entrepreneurs with their digital marketing strategies and increasing revenue was the driving force that led to the creation of The Hilaly Yielding & Consulting Co.  Driven by a desire to empower local businesses and hotel owners — giving them back control over their brands and driving growth in an increasingly competitive market.
